Technical Specialist

We are seeking a customer-oriented technical expert for our connections services team. The team handles all low-voltage connections in our region. Our industry is in constant change, and society’s push toward electrification increases the importance of electrical networks. At the same time, our customers are becoming more active players in the electricity markets. We aim to respond to evolving customer needs, and in this context the connections services team plays a central role. As a technical expert you will: provide customer service in relation to connection matters via email, phone and our ordering system; perform technical checks on new production and consumption connections and define requirements for our partner network; collaborate with internal experts and a capable partner network; contribute to the ongoing development of the connections services team and customer experience. We expect from you: education in the electrical field or relevant work experience; good collaboration skills and customer-service mindedness; ability to work independently; ability to serve customers in both domestic languages; English skills are an advantage.
