Payroll Accounting Analyst role based in Bangkok, part of Agoda's Global Payroll team. Responsibilities include monthly payroll activities, payroll accounting/GL reconciliation, coordinating with external payroll vendors for payments and tax filings, vendor management and SLA compliance, handling inquiries, supporting ad-hoc projects and system testing, payroll migration and integration initiatives, cross-team collaboration with People teams and external partners, audits support, process improvement, and payroll forecasting knowledge. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in any field, at least 3 years of international payroll experience, experience with APAC/Europe/NAM payroll, payroll migration and implementation project experience, strong English, analytical and problem-solving skills, MS Office, and ideally Workday. A team player in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with high discretion and ethics.

Responsibilities
- Lead monthly payroll activities for assigned countries
- Manage payroll accounting / GL reconciliation / Invoice processing
- Coordinate with external payroll vendors for payments and tax filings
- Ensure contract and SLA compliance with vendors
- Handle payroll inquiries from stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc projects and system testing
- Lead payroll migration and integration initiatives
- Collaborate with People teams and external partners on new payroll systems/countries
- Support external and internal audits
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Payroll forecasting & budgeting knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 years of People Operations / Payroll accounting or end-to-end Payroll experience in an international fast-paced organization
- Experienced in managing APAC/ Europe / NAM payroll
- Proven experience in payroll migration , Payroll Implementation , Project and integration projects
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in process improvement and/or automation implementations
- Proficient in MS Office
