Head of Department, Rehabilitation Physician

We are seeking a Head of Department for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (physiatry) at Satakunta Wellbeing Region for Satasairaala. You can choose your responsibility area from existing physiatry processes: intensive rehabilitation (stroke, prosthetics, devices), chronic pain management, traditional physiatry outpatient care, or invasive pain treatment methods. The role can be tailored individually. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and help develop the services. Requirements include being a licensed medical doctor in Finland and specialist certification in physiatry, occupational medicine, or general medicine. No on-call duties; part-time and partial remote work possible. Salary follows the current pay principles for physicians in the wellbeing region with the approved guideline.
