About the role

You will be the COO's dedicated operational partner for APAC. This is a classic Executive Assistant role with a regional specialisation: you own the COO's APAC-facing calendar, meeting preparation, and stakeholder coordination end to end, working across Korean, Japanese, and Chinese-speaking markets. You are not building the function from scratch, and you are not working alone. You join an experienced EA who holds the broader remit, and the two of you operate as one support function with clear ownership, no duplication, and no gaps between regions. The COO works across multiple time zones, languages, and functional domains at once. Communication is direct, autonomy is high, and not every process is defined yet. Part of what you bring is structure where it does not exist. The COO works across multiple time zones, languages, and functional domains at once. Travel across APAC to support the COO on site and in market.
