Are you looking to help develop high-quality around-the-clock care and create a meaningful daily life for residents? We are seeking a Client Coordinator for the Akvamariini group home at Kivelä Senior Center starting 5 October 2026 or by agreement. The role involves supporting residents' functioning, participation and a meaningful everyday life, and participating in developing unit operations together with a supervisor and the team. The work is practical caregiving. Shifts vary, with emphasis on weekday mornings and possible evening and weekend hours. Responsibilities include direct resident care (~60% of time), supporting residents’ functioning and participation, planning, implementing and evaluating holistic client work, and supporting the team with your expertise and by example; acting as supervisor when needed. Requirements include understanding of dementia and multi-morbidity in elderly care, good communication and collaboration skills, ability to plan, evaluate and develop operations, flexible, solution-oriented and proactive work approach, and good organizational ability. Desirable: strong experience in around-the-clock elderly care, experience with Apotti patient information system, experience with RAI assessments. Why us? A police background check is required before starting employment.
