Are you a service-oriented problem solver who loves energy and busy store floors? We are looking for a salesperson for our Nordby store. The Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and it moves quickly, but we have fun together. In the checkout, among the shelves and in the middle of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You meet customers with a smile and ensure the store is neat, replenished and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you reorganize a whole department. No day is the same, and that is what we love. You don’t need to know everything from day one—we’ll teach you. But we believe you: enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better; thrive when things move fast and you solve problems with a can-do attitude; can work mornings, days, evenings and weekends; spread positive energy and want to grow with us. If you’ve worked in retail before, great — but the most important is the right attitude. After you apply, you’ll be invited to a chat-based first interview with our chatbot Hubert to speed up and improve the selection process. The interview lasts about 20 minutes.
