Change Management Consultant

We are now seeking an experienced Change Management consultant for our growing Change & Value Capture team within Business Transformations. Our team helps clients move their strategies from plan to practice and ensure that change delivers measurable, lasting value. We work on core transformation initiatives across industries, combining change management, business development and technology-enabled renewal, with leaders from various sectors on AI adoption, ERP projects, operating model redesign and strategy execution. In this role you will help turn ambitious transformation goals into concrete actions, meaningful change, and measurable results. You may be responsible for individual client projects or larger transformation programs; assess organizational change readiness, stakeholder impacts and risks; design change strategies as well as communications, engagement and training programs; facilitate workshops, coach leadership and engage key stakeholders; define benefits targets, metrics and realization pathways and monitor benefits; collaborate closely with business and technology teams throughout the change journey. You will also contribute to business development, mentor younger colleagues and help build and enhance our growing Change & Value Capture team. We expect you to have several years of experience in change management, business transformation, consulting or related areas, and to be ready to take responsibility for client projects, stakeholder work and supporting junior colleagues. You should have a solid understanding of change management methodologies and strong facilitation, communication and project management skills; experience working at the intersection of business and technology; client experience and relationship development; fluency in Finnish and English. Additional strengths include analytical, business-driven thinking and interest in realizing benefits, KPI metrics and business impact; interest or experience with AI adoption, strategy execution, operating-model redesign and embedding change into day-to-day operations; understanding of integration needs in corporate acquisitions; structured, proactive and collaborative working style.
