We are looking for a Learning Activity Planner for the Wellbeing competence area in a permanent employment relationship starting August 24th or by agreement. In the Wellbeing competence area, social workers, occupational therapists, and geronomes are trained in several UAS and Master's degree programs. Job Description: Design and development of learning experiences and learning paths - designs degree-level learning experiences for the Wellbeing competence area in cooperation with degree managers - identifies key touchpoints in the student's learning path - develops the fluidity, student-centricity, and accessibility of studies - supports continuous learning (Open UAS, Opin.fi, study voucher), flexible study paths, and non-stop learning solutions - utilizes student feedback, learning analytics, and other information in the development of the learning experience - acts as a liaison to the Learning Development and Services unit The task is to ensure a consistent, student-centered, and high-quality learning experience in all stages of the degree. In the position, education is viewed as a student experience, not as a collection of individual study modules. The planner examines education from the student's perspective: how studies progress, where load occurs, what supports motivation, and what kind of learning solutions promote the development of competence. The goal of the task is to ensure that the student receives a consistent, motivating, accessible, and positive and high-quality learning experience that develops the competence needed in working life throughout the study path. The planner supports the construction of students' competence by anticipating the changing competence needs of working life. Through their activities, they support the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence, and the appropriate utilization of digital tools and new learning methods. Main tasks: - coordination of processes related to degree programs (e.g., tasks related to schedules and work planning) - design, implementation, and development of administrative processes for learning activities in cooperation with the extended management team and various actors, e.g., the continuous learning team, the contact person for the admission and selection basis work competence area - cooperation with various Metropolia actors and, if necessary, external networks - other possible administrative work We expect from you: - Interest in administrative tasks and process development - Higher university degree (Master's) - Ability to work smoothly in digital environments - Excellent organizational and teamwork skills - Good Finnish and English language skills Experience from a university and various planner positions is considered an advantage in the search.
