The Senior Manager, Group ARR will be responsible for the governance, reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement of the Group's Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR metrics. This highly visible role partners closely with Finance Leadership, Sales Operations, Regional Finance teams, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Executive Management to ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of key commercial performance metrics across the business. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial finance expertise with deep software industry knowledge and exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability. They will be expected to challenge assumptions, investigate complex reporting issues, influence stakeholders, and drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, automation, and business insight. Key Responsibilities include ownership of reporting, governance, and analytics across ARR metrics.

Responsibilities
- Own the monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting process.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of commercial metrics to Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, and Board stakeholders.
- Deliver insightful analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain reporting consistency across regions, business units, and product lines.
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages and management commentary.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA), MBA viewed favourably.
- Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles.
- Experience with software/SaaS companies and recurring revenue models.
