Aalto University is looking for a Master’s Thesis Student for a Research Assistant (master thesis worker) position in Simulation for Optoelectronics Devices. The candidate will perform simulations in COMSOL Multiphysics to design MOSFET device structures, model electrical transport and optoelectronic behavior, and compare simulations with experimental data.
