About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive COOK for a two-year fixed-term employment contract at Keuda's student restaurant on Sarviniitynkatu, Kerava. You will become part of a small and dynamic team where everyone's contribution is crucial for the students' successful day. The position is 38.25 h/week. Shifts are primarily on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Work begins on August 24, 2026, or by agreement. Together with another cook, you will be responsible for preparing the daily lunch and side dishes, and you will participate diversely in all kitchen tasks from dishwashing to customer service. You will also serve customers at the checkout, and production control systems are part of your daily routine. With us, you are a team member who is valued as an individual. We require from you: - a vocational qualification in catering or equivalent previous training - previous experience in similar professional kitchen tasks - proficiency in the Finnish language We expect from you: - a customer service orientation and a positive work attitude - the ability to work independently - good teamwork skills - expertise or the ability to learn production control systems and checkout management - mobility: your primary workstation is on Sarviniitynkatu, but you are ready to work in other Keuda student restaurants if necessary. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Act 504/2002 before the employment relationship is confirmed.
