Building caretaker

Apukka Resort Oy is seeking a technical night maintenance and service person for the 2026–2027 season. Your duties will heavily involve technical problem solving, with solid expertise in facility technology, and you will handle necessary maintenance tasks independently and proactively. You will also maintain a customer‑oriented attitude as customer interactions are part of the role. The position includes night duty to ensure resort-wide maintenance readiness, so you must possess strong professional skills and the ability to solve problems independently and broadly. Our guests are international, so good spoken and written English is essential. We will train you for the tasks at start of work.
