Assistant to the Chief Sales & Service Officer

What tasks can you expect? - Provide professional and independent support to the CSSO at operational and strategic levels. - Prepare and follow up on decision documents and create minutes, presentations and analyses in German and English (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel) in an executive board environment. - Prepare documentation, reports and ad hoc analyses, and monitor related measures and activities in close coordination with management. - Independently organise meetings, workshops and events for internal and customer purposes. - Carry out cross-departmental process improvements, with the opportunity to take independent project responsibility. - Coordinate and attend customer visits, trade fairs and in-house exhibitions. What do you bring? - You are a motivated university graduate in industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar field, with a technical affinity. - Initial experience in an industrial company or in consulting with an industrial focus is an advantage. - Fluent English language skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage. - An affinity for digital applications in CRM and business analytics is desirable. - Very good MS Office skills. - Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
