This vacancy is for a professional job coach to join a coaching team in Imatra and Lappeenranta. The role is hourly and flexible and is suitable as additional work or for an entrepreneur. The first openings are in September for group-based, easy-to-understand job-search coaching. The coaching sessions run on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00, and the coach’s day includes necessary preparation. The coach’s duties include developing clients' job-search skills and methods, motivating clients to pursue work or training, identifying and mapping clients’ competencies, facilitating employer cooperation and recruitment, networking with regional employers and partners, and planning, executing, and reporting on clients’ job-search activities. Requirements include prior experience in career/work coaching, at least six months of experience in planning and delivering group job-coaching services, knowledge of South Karelia region, and good Finnish language skills. We offer a permanent, flexible hourly contract or the possibility to work via own business ID. Salary: 19–23 EUR/hour, depending on experience, training, and language skills, plus a performance bonus. Employees receive ePass access (for exercise, culture, wellbeing), valued at 125 EUR/year for part-time staff, and extensive occupational health services.
