Responsibilities

Support day-to-day implementation of UNCDF-led activities under the LEED Joint Programme in the Highlands region.
Coordinate and oversee field-level execution with partners and financial institutions.
Support beneficiary targeting and outreach with emphasis on youth, women, persons with disabilities, and conflict-affected communities.
Maintain field presence, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure portfolio compliance.

Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent in development, business administration, finance, marketing, economics, accounting, social sciences or related fields; or a first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience.
Minimum of 5 years (with a Master’s) or 7 years (with a Bachelor’s) of relevant work experience in project implementation in financial inclusion, rural development livelihoods or private sector development.
