Legal Trainee

Join the legal team at Tesi as a Legal Trainee for approximately one year, part-time for 2nd–4th year law students. You will work with our lawyers and other experts on a broad range of legal tasks and get exposure to the private equity industry. Your duties include legal research and preparation of corporate documents and contracts related to Tesin existing and future investments, as well as daily corporate activities. You will also participate in our group’s compliance activities by monitoring domestic and EU-level sector regulations. What we expect: an interest in private equity; precise and analytical work style; fluency in Finnish and English; flexibility and good interpersonal skills. Prior experience in corporate law is a plus. We expect you to be available on average two days per week and full days during vacation time (summer–August). Working hours can be arranged to suit your studies.
