Welder – project, good hours and potential for a permanent position! We are seeking a skilled welder for a project in Rauma for our client. The project is estimated to last until the end of the year with start date as agreed. Work days are long, about 10–12 hours, and depending on the project about 5–7 days a week, offering substantial hours. Tasks mainly involve MIG/MAG and arc welding, with occasional travel. We are looking for an experienced welder who can work with confidence and perform demanding welding tasks. What we look for: strong MIG/MAG and arc welding skills; valid welding certificates 111 and 136; experience with demanding welding tasks; readiness for long shifts and travel if needed; energetic attitude and a positive approach to work. What we offer: preliminary pay around 15–18 €/h depending on skill and experience; opportunity to work substantial hours during the project; terms under the Technology Industry Collective Agreement; work until end of 2026 according to current estimate; good performers may obtain permanent employment after the project. The employment contract is for the project duration as a fixed-term temporary via WorkPower. After a successful project, a permanent position in the client company may be offered. Interested?
