About the role

<h2>Build Relationships. Create Solutions. Drive Impact.</h2> <ul><li>As a Project Account Manager for Nuclear Power Plant projects in Korea, you will build and manage strategic relationships with owners, engineering companies, EPCs, contractors and key partners across domestic nuclear projects.</li><li>You will identify project opportunities from the early design and planning stages, drive specification and solution positioning activities, and manage opportunities through to site execution and revenue generation.</li><li>You will understand the high standards of quality, safety, compliance, Anchor, firestop and documentation requirements in nuclear projects and position Hilti solutions to create technical value and productivity improvement for customers.</li></ul> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above; major or experience in nuclear, electrical and instrumentation, mechanical, civil, construction or power plant engineering is preferred.</li><li>Minimum five years of experience in nuclear, power plant, EPC, construction, project business development or technical sales.</li><li>Understanding of nuclear project stakeholder structure, engineering, procurement and construction processes, and quality and safety requirements; or a strong willingness to learn.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with owners, engineering companies, EPCs, contractors and multiple project stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to translate technical customer challenges into commercial opportunities through value-based solution selling.</li><li>Strong project management capability, ownership mindset, proactive execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Basic English communication skills are preferred.</li><li>Willingness to travel to domestic nuclear project sites and customer locations.</li><li>Valid driver's license is required.</li></ul>

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop project opportunities across domestic nuclear power plant new-build, life extension, maintenance and related infrastructure projects.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including owners, engineering firms, EPCs, construction companies, site contractors, inspectors and specialist subcontractors.
  • Drive technical seminars, solution proposals and product demonstrations for owners, engineering companies, EPCs, contractors and partner companies.
  • Develop key application areas for Hilti solutions suitable for nuclear power plant projects and maximize the project application value of Hilti products through design-in activities and specification penetration.
  • Manage the project pipeline by tracking project schedule, tender structure, key decision makers, applicable Hilti solutions, forecasted sales and follow-up actions.
  • Identify additional business opportunities within ongoing projects and expand Hilti's presence across strategic nuclear accounts.
  • Work closely with internal engineering, product, sales and project teams to address customer challenges and provide technically sound, value-based solutions.
  • Collect and share market intelligence including competitor activities, project progress, design changes, procurement plans and site issues to support sales strategy development.

Requirements
