Senior Project Coordination Advisor

As Senior Project Coordination Advisor, you will take overall responsibility for smooth project coordination and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with international management and local stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project. We offer a central role in one of Finland's largest industrial projects, flexible working hours and varied, challenging work in an international environment. The role includes varied project management, close communication between stakeholders, and monitoring quality and safety at an industrial site. • Actively participate in site-week, planning and HSE meetings. • Follow process-safety and HAZOP assessments and put agreed solutions into practice at the industrial site. • Build trusted relationships and maintain contact with international project management. • Analyze project challenges in depth and provide practical solutions. • Support the project organization and act as a reliable source of information in day-to-day work. We are looking for an engineering or Master of Science in Engineering degree (university of applied sciences or university); strong experience in process-industry investment projects, installations and commissioning; advanced English and the ability to communicate in Finnish; the ability to understand broad issues and delve into details when needed; and a confident, outgoing and independent approach to work. Chinese language skills, experience with international industrial projects abroad and practical experience in a production environment are considered advantages.
