Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a temporary Sales Support Coordinator for our head office in Söderkulla, to join our Sales Back Office team. In this role you will support our store network and retailers, as seasonal variations and the Halti outdoor world create an engaging work environment. Your main tasks include: managing electronic product catalogs for customers; coordinating deliveries for domestic retailers; conveying product texts and images to retailers; maintaining sales-supporting communication with retailers; collaborating with the sales team and stores; customer service - warehouse cooperation; order intake and invoicing. We expect you to have good IT skills; a precise, proactive and responsible work style; initiative; teamwork and a positive attitude; good Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus. We work in a flexible hybrid model combining office and remote work, with remote work possible two days a week. The role’s salary range is 2,900–3,200 EUR per month. The position is a temporary replacement, estimated duration about 1 year and 3 months, starting in early November or by agreement.
