Optima seeks an 80% Supervisor with responsibility for the Hobby for All project. Optima samkommun extends the application period for the temporary position of supervisor with responsibility for the Hobby for All project in order to broaden the pool of applicants. Responsibilities: Plan, lead and implement leisure activities for students at our facilities; Activate students not participating in any leisure activities; Participate in project network actions; Build cooperation with local associations. Requirements: experience in planning and leading youth leisure activities; good cooperation and communication skills; working with youths with disabilities. Employment time: fixed-term from Sep/Oct to 31.05.2028. Education: requires suitable university degree or other education. Languages: good Swedish; Finnish and English advantageous. Working hours vary; evenings possible. Benefits: E-passi, gym access. Salary and vacation per AKTA. Probation 6 months.
