Responsibilities
- 3-month onboarding to Pennylane Academy and product
- Respond to accounting-related requests with quick, impactful answers
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams as needed
- Assist accountants in integrating their data into Pennylane
- Autonomously manage customer inquiries and ensure ticket resolution
- Contribution to creation and updating of client-facing help materials
- Advocate for customer feedback to product teams
- Become product expert and identify improvement areas
- Future growth into accounts management or implementation teams
Requirements
- Accounting training background (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
- 3+ years experience in an accounting firm
- Experience working directly with executives is a plus
- Interest in innovative tools and new technologies
- Autonomy and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
- Professional English level
- Strong written communication and pedagogical skills for user interactions
- Ability to understand and meet client needs and provide excellent service
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid tool evolution
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on product changes
