Personal Assistant

This is a full-time position for a personal assistant at Onni. The role involves supporting clients to live their own full life, assisting with daily tasks due to disability or illness, helping with home chores and activities outside the home. No professional training or prior experience is required; the applicant should have the right attitude, be willing to learn, and work in a client-centered way in varied situations. It includes comprehensive onboarding at Onni's Avustaja Akatemia, ongoing guidance from a team supervisor, and flexibility in scheduling. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, with shifts from two hours upwards; you may work part-time or on a gig basis and adapt to your life situation. Initial shift acts as onboarding, then review of the cooperation and compatibility. You may work for multiple clients if schedules align. Requirements include Finnish at least level B2, driving license and own car if needed, and being of legal adult age.
