- Develop and maintain Middle Office systems for PnL and valuations
- Provide real-time support during US trading hours, troubleshooting trade booking and valuation-related issues
- Work closely with traders and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance
- Build scalable, efficient, and high-performance software solutions
- Strong Python development skills, with additional proficiency in C#
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering within a Hedge Fund or financial services environment
- Deep understanding of Fixed Income products (FX Options, Inflation, Credit) – candidates will be tested on product knowledge
- Prior experience in Middle Office development, specifically post-trade systems
- Willingness to provide on-call support during US hours (not expected to be excessive but required while markets are open)
- End-to-end development experience – ability to work across the full software development lifecycle
- Previous experience with valuations or fund valuations is a plus
