Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives across AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, and financial close
- Conduct process mapping, value-stream mapping, Kaizen and future-state design
- Identify waste and bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and reports
- Own projects from problem definition to benefits tracking
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Create process maps and SOPs
- Ensure improvements are embedded in standard processes and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in finance transformation or process improvement
- Strong knowledge of OTC, PTP, and RTR processes
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
