Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives across AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, and financial close
  • Conduct process mapping, value-stream mapping, Kaizen and future-state design
  • Identify waste and bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards and reports
  • Own projects from problem definition to benefits tracking
  • Lead cross-functional teams
  • Create process maps and SOPs
  • Ensure improvements are embedded in standard processes and governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in finance transformation or process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of OTC, PTP, and RTR processes
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
