Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards for security metrics, vulnerability trends, and operational KPIs
Configure and customize secure workflows, access controls, and compliance reporting
Analyze PSA & CRM data to identify patterns impacting profitability and operational efficiency
Provide day-to-day operational support for services, business systems and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, reporting, and system functionality
Ensure adherence to operational workflows
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in security and operational processes, propose solutions, and assist in implementation
Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet both business and security requirements

Requirements

Hands-on experience with PSA tools (Certinia, Teamwork)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and reporting
Proficiency in data analysis and automation: SQL, Python, Excel, BI tools, API Development, DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices
