Haemme operators for permanent and fixed-term contracts to join Honkalahden sawmill production in Joutseno. Tasks include diverse production duties; as production operator you oversee various stages of the production process and the cleanliness and order of the department. The ability to adapt, willingness to learn, and an active attitude. You are development-minded and have a first-class safety mindset. You should have good collaboration skills and willingness to work in a team. Independent and responsible approach to tasks describes your work style. We also require fluency in Finnish. We expect a suitable professional education and work experience in fields such as construction, board/wood, sawmilling, machinery, electrical, or automation technology; experience in mechanical forest industry production tasks, sawmilling or wood product production processes is advantageous; knowledge of sawmilling and further processing is a plus; experience as a steel fitter is beneficial; experience in mechatronics and/or electrical and automation technology is a plus; technical know-how helps in performing the task; English language skills are an advantage.
