Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain BIM models in Revit
- Support creation and management of families, templates, and project standards
- Ensure models are well-structured, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements
- Assist in converting point cloud data into BIM-ready models
- Support digital engineering workflows by integrating scanned data into design and coordination processes
- Help ensure data quality and alignment between existing conditions and design models
- Expertise in point cloud management software, incl. Autodesk ReCap, Navisworks
- Contribute to model coordination across disciplines and support clash detection activities
- Review models for inconsistencies, missing information, or deviations from standards
- Scripting and automated model checking
- Support BIM standards documentation and classification systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, templates, and digital tools
- Stay up to date with BIM tools, technologies, and best practices
