The main objective of this position is to ensure that the right employee is assigned to the right project at the right time while working hours, holidays, overtime, and collective agreement requirements are properly managed. The role also aims to ensure efficient use of the company's workforce, maintain a balanced workload, and prevent unnecessary accumulation of overtime by planning and balancing working hours in advance.
