We are recruiting full-time, qualified individual psychotherapists licensed by Valvira or in the final stages of training for our Helsinki locations (Kamppi or Malmi). The work of a psychotherapist is demanding but also highly rewarding. We offer a work environment where therapists can focus on their core task: meeting and supporting clients. We understand that high-quality psychotherapeutic work requires clear and functional structures so that therapists can concentrate fully on their professional skills without administrative worries. At our organization, psychotherapists do not need to worry about billing, accounting, client acquisition, office arrangements, or other administrative tasks. Our experienced support team handles these aspects so you can focus on your main responsibilities: the well-being of your clients and building the therapeutic relationship. In addition to administrative support, we also provide regular training and professional support to help you develop as a psychotherapist and deepen your expertise. We recognize that continuous learning and maintaining professional skills are essential in psychotherapy, and we invest heavily in this. We want to offer our psychotherapists competitive employment benefits that support both professional development and personal well-being. It is important to us that our therapists enjoy their work and feel valued. We offer, among other things: - Comprehensive administrative support - Flexible working hours and the opportunity to define your own client base - Regular training and opportunities for professional growth - A community-oriented and supportive work environment - High-quality workspaces and modern tools Working with us allows for a balance between work and free time.
