Chief Executive Officer

We are now seeking a CEO for Ranuan Seudun Matkailu Oy to lead Ranua Resort’s business into its next phase of growth. We are looking for a capable, commercially minded and hands-on leader. Success in the role requires experience in sales and marketing and in leading personnel and business operations. Role As CEO, you will be responsible for the company’s strategic and operational leadership, reporting to the owner and the board. You are innovative, courageous and willing to develop the company. You will lead the implementation of the strategy and build profitable, year-round growth for the company. You will develop customer and employee experience, sales, marketing and the service portfolio. You will ensure that responsibility, animal welfare and the quality of operations are maintained to a high standard in everything the company does. You will work actively with employees, partners, the owner and other stakeholders. You will strengthen collaboration and build the future of tourism in Ranua together with regional stakeholders. What we expect from you You have a track record of leading tourism, accommodation, restaurant, service or event businesses and developing services. You have led people, finances and seasonal business. You have a strong commercial approach. You know how to grow sales and develop operations in a market-oriented way. Knowledge of digital solutions and e-commerce is considered an advantage. The role requires fluent Finnish and English. We also expect you to have a genuine interest in animals and their welfare.
