Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for Hesburger Kastelli in Oulu to work in a permanent contract with a 90-hour/3-week schedule. The role involves leading and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer experiences, under the Hesburger concept. You will receive thorough onboarding and guidance from experienced colleagues and be part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a positive work atmosphere even during busy periods. The position requires full legal age and availability to work shifts between 8:00 and 00:15, including all days of the week. The salary for this position falls under the Hospitality, Restaurant and Leisure collective agreement, with pay ranging from €14.37 to €15.57 per hour, depending on prior experience.
