Cloud Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and operational changes according to established SLAs. Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, reliability, and security. Develop automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to reduce manual effort. Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Support continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and platform capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud operations. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment. Good communication skills and fluency in English.
