StaffPoint is seeking a ski resort staff member for Ylläs Ski Resort in Äkäslompolo for the winter season 2026-2027. The role includes slope attendant duties such as customer service at the base of the lift, snow work at lift departure points, and daily lift inspections. The job involves travel by snowmobile and is a full-time outdoor position. Start is around late November to December and runs until early May. The contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Note that the Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. We expect you to have snowmobile riding skills and a driving license, a cheerful and proactive attitude, willingness to work outdoors, and Finnish and English language skills. A EA1/EA2 first aid certificate is a plus. We offer a fixed-term contract in Äkäslompolo’s stunning mountain scenery, varied ski-resort duties, pay according to the Ski Resort industry collective agreement, and benefits covering three sectors (Lapland Hotels, Lapland Safaris, and Lapland Ski Resorts).
