- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Operations
- Forecasting and analytics
- Monitor KPIs and channels development
- Provide business insights and support decision making
- Support Head of Revenue & Growth in strategic planning
Requirements
- Extensive hotel revenue management experience
- Leadership experience or proven team leadership
- Ability to combine strategic planning with operational execution
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with RMS, PMS, CRS and BI systems
- Fluency in Finnish and English
