We are seeking an experienced site manager to strengthen STM Infra’s team for the execution of demanding infrastructure contracts (railway and bridge construction). Your role involves daily site leadership, production planning and execution, and overseeing safety, quality, and schedules. You will work closely with the client, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The position covers both repair and new construction projects. Work will take place mainly on construction sites around Finland, with flexible location. Willingness to travel is required, and the employer will arrange accommodation if needed. Own car is also beneficial. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating site production; managing site budget, timeline, and execution; guiding foremen and subcontractors; planning and coordinating procurement; site documentation and reporting; ensuring safety; collaborating with stakeholders; quality control and documentation. What we expect from you: experience in site management in infra, railway, or bridge projects; several years of supervisory experience; proven track record of delivering sites; appropriate infra-construction education (e.g. construction foreman, civil engineer or DI); strong financial understanding and ability to manage overall; ability to lead the site with a safety-first mindset; good IT and documentation skills; strong organizing and interpersonal skills; experience with rail bridges and railway environments is valued; certification as concrete works supervisor is an advantage.
