Job Details

Responsibilities

Design and size screw piles and connection components, develop testing programs, and support production and R&D.
Analyze soil conditions and evaluate foundation solutions.
Calculate and model structural components using CAD software.
Conduct strength calculations and structural analyses.
Prepare installation layouts and instructions.
Design and oversee test piles and guide production.
Present solutions to clients and support cost estimation.
Collaborate with manufacturing, installation teams, and clients.
Participate in product development and process improvement.
Lead and own product development, ensuring competitiveness.

Requirements

Higher education in structural engineering, geotechnics, or related fields
Practical experience in steel structure design and strength calculations
Knowledge of EN 1993 and EN 1997 standards
Proficiency in CAD and analysis software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, FEM, Mathcad)
Fluent in Finnish and English
