Skeleton's Quality Department is looking for a driven Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition! Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Customer Quality Engineer (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company! Our ultimate goal with Skeleton is to build a net zero future, and our role is to make sure the world is aware of how we can help save energy, cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and enable the energy transition. Your tasks in the net zero journey: Act as the primary quality contact for customers regarding quality issues, complaints, and escalations. Lead customer complaint investigations and coordinate containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Manage and coordinate 8D reports, ensuring timely and effective closure of customer claims. Drive internal cross-functional teams to resolve customer quality concerns and prevent recurrence. Coordinate sorting, rework, recall, and field containment activities when required. Monitor and report on customer quality KPIs, including customer PPM, complaints, warranty claims, and 8D performance. Support customer audits, assessments, and quality reviews. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and quality agreements. Participate in product and process change management activities, assessing customer quality risks. Support APQP, PPAP, validation, and industrialization activities from a customer quality perspective. Lead lessons learned activities and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and field performance. Support the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements.
