As System Administrator you ensure business systems run smoothly day in and day out and that users always get help when they need it. You will also have the opportunity to influence improvements: when you spot something to improve, your idea will be heard – and you will be able to test new solutions with our development partners in practice. You report to the CIO and work closely with business support functions, sales, product management and other people in the business area. We now search for a System Administrator for Suomen Ensiapukoulutus Oy for a permanent full-time position. The key responsibilities include: providing technical support to users daily and resolving system usage issues; monitoring and analyzing support requests to improve system usability; handling regular updates and maintenance to keep systems up-to-date and performant; handling and maintaining system data (e.g. reporting and data integrity supporting Excel and SQL tasks); monitoring inter-system integrations and ensuring smooth data transfer, intervening as needed in problem situations; training users in new systems and providing guidance as needed; creating and maintaining technical documentation (user manuals, system requirements); offering ideas and development proposals to improve systems and testing new features and updates before deployment; participating in requirements specification when needed; following industry technology trends and evaluating their potential usefulness. Working hours are Monday–Friday 07:00–17:00 with flexible working hours. There is a hybrid option: you will work at our Helsinki office in Seutula 2–3 days a week, and there is no possibility for 100% remote work.
