Production Manager for Pihla’s Ruovesi plants. Do you want to lead modern production in a Finnish growth company and be involved in building high-quality solutions for Finnish homes? We are now seeking a production manager for Pihla’s Ruovesi factories to be responsible for production management, development and achieving targets. You will influence key aspects of production efficiency, delivery reliability and personnel success. You will lead day-to-day production with a determined and people-centered approach and develop operations together with a capable organization. Ruovesi hosts three production units manufacturing high-quality window and door solutions. You will be responsible for overall production capacity management, efficient use of resources, prioritization and ensuring delivery reliability. You will report to the plant manager and work closely with them as part of the plant leadership team. Key responsibilities include: operational management of production and smooth daily operations; management of production capacity and prioritization across Ruovesi’s three units; ensuring delivery reliability, quality, safety and profitability; developing production and promoting continuous improvement practices; planning and supporting personnel resources and wellbeing; developing team skills and supervisory work; planning and executing investment and development projects related to production.
