Personal Assistant

We are a growing care company offering relaxed home care across Finland. We are currently looking for personal assistants to strengthen our team in Nurmijärvi. As a personal assistant, you help a client with everyday tasks they cannot perform due to injury or illness. No separate training is required, as a comprehensive orientation and support are provided. A positive attitude and common sense help you succeed. The job suits people in various life situations, since you can influence your shifts. You may be a retiree, student, healthcare professional, or something in between. The client is visited by the same caregiver or care team during fixed times, so the work is not a pure gig. You can influence your working hours and you may have one client or build your week with several clients. Requirements: good social skills, positive attitude, excellent Finnish language skills; social and health care education or work experience is a plus. We verify background checks as required by law.
