Substitute nurse assistant

We are seeking a substitute nurse assistant to strengthen our warm, competent home care team in Turku. The position is a temporary replacement from 12 Oct 2026 to 21 Jul 2027, in the Kupittaa area. In home care you provide clients with security, care and responsible presence in their own homes. You work in diverse environments and deliver holistic nursing care in collaboration with the client, their relatives and a multidisciplinary team. You emphasise empowering clients, supporting participation and a rehabilitative approach. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and encouraging team, with good onboarding and continuous support, and you have the opportunity to influence shift planning. You should have good Finnish communication skills (spoken and written). In Kupittaa you can get around on foot or by bicycle. Desirable is a valid LOVe medicine license, experience in elderly care, familiarity with the RAI assessment framework and good IT skills. The eligibility requirement for the role is a professional qualification in social and health care (lähihoitaja) or an equivalent earlier-level qualification and a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
