The Data Center IT Technician will work in the data center with the modern H200 GPU cloud cluster, support IT infrastructure, and resolve IT hardware issues. Based in Keflavík, Iceland. Responsibilities include solving IT hardware issues in data centers, collaborating with other departments and contractors, installing/upgrading/dismantling hardware, handling fiber optic and patch cords, planning IT tasks, processing RMAs, and writing hardware manuals. Requirements: practical server hardware experience; knowledge of data center, server, and network equipment; basic Linux command line; experience with server IT hardware, enterprise switches, fiber; Excel; strong English. Responsibilities
- Solve IT hardware issues in data centers

Requirements
- Practical experience in solving server hardware issues
- Knowledge of the principles of the data center, server, and network equipment
- Basic skills working with the Linux operating system and command line
- Experience of working with server IT hardware, enterprise-based network switches, fiber optic
- Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas, lists, graphs)
- Strong written and spoken fluency in English
