Spotter

We are looking for spotters for a construction project in Kirkkonummi. A spotter is a qualified person who ensures the safety of people near the work area. A spotter is needed when the excavator is operating, when the excavator operator has limited visibility of the work area, or when work occurs near other structures or walkways. The role also includes assisting with receiving and organizing materials on the worksite and maintaining general cleanliness. The employment relationship will be tied to the project duration, typically 4–6 months, possibly longer. Requirements: reliable, able to work physically, hold a valid occupational safety card, Finnish and English language skills, strong work attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred: experience with different machines (e.g., roller, boom lift) and leveling/pipe laser use.
