You will ensure that production testing is stable, efficient, and capable of detecting manufacturing-related defects while supporting production quality, throughput and delivery performance. Support failure investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) of production testing issues in collaboration with factories, repair sites, quality and R&D. Participate in product transfer projects by verifying testers, providing tester training and on-site support, if needed.

Requirements
- Experience with RF/Baseband production functional testing or extended (system-level) production testing, including HW/SW interaction.
- Strong knowledge of RF and digital technologies and measurement techniques
- Capability to drive improvements in test applications based on test logs, measurements and test SW source code
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments.
- Readiness for travelling, if needed
