Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a permanent early childhood education teacher for Maitorpan Daycare, starting 1 September 2026 or as agreed. The daycare has four groups and operates in a quiet residential area. We actively use nearby playgrounds and take regular forest trips. Our facilities support strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education plan. We are part of the ProVaka operating model, where adults act as role models and the model fosters inclusive, social-skill-focused guidance. The unit’s staff will support you; you will also participate in mentoring. A dedicated development auxiliary supports family collaboration. You will work in a positive, relaxed environment with heart and professionalism, and you may contribute to developing our culture and share your knowledge with others. The teaching schedule includes one full Sak-day per rotation and weekly common Sak time for all teachers. What we expect: positive teamwork in early childhood education (ProVaka); appreciation of multilingualism, inclusivity, and active pedagogy; ability to lead a team and support children’s growth; constructive, developmental teamwork attitude.
