Shift Manager

We are seeking a shift manager for Hesburger at Sastamalan Torikeskus in Sastamala. The position is a temporary contract with the possibility to become permanent over time. Work hours are 30–60 hours per 3 weeks, with flexible scheduling to fit your situation. The role is shift-based and requires working both morning and evening shifts. The hourly wage ranges from €15.06 to €16.34, depending on previous experience. In addition to the hourly pay, our supervisors have access to a bonus pay system. As a shift manager you will be part of the restaurant’s supervisory team and responsible for the restaurant’s operations and results. Together with the supervisory team you will develop your own area and the skills of the restaurant staff. You will guide and organise your own shift. We hope you are well organized, familiar with restaurant metrics, and able to share responsibilities with others. Previous experience in the restaurant sector is welcome; we will train you, and you will have strong support from the restaurant manager and our chain.
