Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Magnet Program activities with Chief Ward Nurse
  • Support nursing leadership in quality assurance and development
  • Collaborate with unit managers and other specialists across HUS
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and research for quality improvements
  • Communicate across multiple organizational levels and teams
  • Engage in clinical nursing development and patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Licensed health care professional
  • Proficient Finnish language skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficient or good Swedish language skills (spoken and written) or, conversely, Finnish strong with Swedish acceptable
  • Experience with quality systems and project work
  • Ability to work independently and analyze information
  • Multichannel communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within HUS campuses
  • Clinical experience in nursing and knowledge of Magnet hospital model are a plus
  • Willingness to start 16.11.2026 or by agreement
