As staff needs grow, we are looking for a precise and eager-to-learn production worker for Micropower Oy in Salo to join the TOP soldering team. In this role you will work with a variety of electronic components and develop your skills in high-tech environments. Job tasks: - Hand soldering components onto circuit boards following assembly instructions - Soldering inspection under a microscope - Repairing and hand-soldering solder joints - Operating wave soldering and selective soldering machines for boards - Multiskill tasks such as testing and pre-processing components We expect from you: - Willingness to learn, especially soldering and handling of different products - Attention to detail essential for successful soldering inspection - Ability to work under a microscope - Collaboration and stress tolerance, plus clear and fluent communication are your strengths.
