Hitsauskoordinaattori A permanent, full-time welding coordinator position is available at Tamminiitty Oy, working to support production, customers, and subcontractors. The role focuses on coordinating welding processes and quality management, documenting welding standards and instructions, and assisting production. Practical welding experience is highly beneficial, as understanding welders’ work helps to grasp the overall workflow and to propose effective solutions from a production perspective. The candidate should have training in welding or metalwork, with a willingness to learn and develop in a responsible, expert role. We value collaboration and communication skills due to interactions with production, customers, and subcontractors. Training in IWS is a plus, but capable candidates with a strong background in welding can be trained. We offer development towards a responsible welding coordinator role, onboarding support, a varied workday, and a permanent full-time daylight shift. Salary is determined by skill and experience.
